Our latest arrival is an alluring shiraz that'll bring memories flooding of tossing euros for tumblers of house red. Having thrived in Heathcote's Mediterranean-like climate and red rich soils, this shiraz is on the slightly dryer end. Ripe raspberry and woody cherry explode on the first sip. Chalky tannins, earthy white pepper and anise provide impressive balance that will leave you craving another. It's a medium bodied drop with an intense, deep ruby colour and ABV at 14.5%.
