Our 2019 Italian white hails from the Mornington Peninsula rather than that ol’ boot of a place north of Napoli. Which is perfect since Fiano thrives in warmer climates. Because it’s so naturally delicious, we use minimal sulphates and don’t filter it.
It’s an 11% wine that’s refreshing like someone who signs off corporate emails with ‘Love’. Drink it chilled with something slightly acidic and tomato-based. Or something cheesy or buttery. If your answer is pizza, you might just be onto something.
